Michael Lee is a prominent figure in biochemical engineering and a recognized academician. With a career spanning over 40 years, he pioneered the application of high-purity silica as a molecular carrier in animal nutrition. His deep technical roots in our Sanming, Fujian production base—which boasts 20+ years of specialized Silica manufacturing—form the industrial backbone of SILSEP.

His vision is to transform traditional industrial minerals into "Inspired Molecular Solutions" that address global feed security.

John Jiang leads the global operations and scientific strategy of SILSEP. With a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from UCSD, John established the San Diego Global R&D Center to bridge the gap between academic innovation and market needs. He actively collaborates with top-tier research universities to funnel elite biomedical talent into SILSEP, ensuring a continuous stream of innovative solutions for aquaculture and nutrition.
