Feed Sweetener
VS7188 · SweetFlow™

Carrier-free sweetness that survives 85°C pelleting — uniform in every pellet, dissolved in 3 seconds.

Overview

Buy active units, not weight

Conventional sweeteners dilute actives onto mineral carriers — you pay freight and dosing cost for filler. VS7188 SweetFlow™ is built on IAS carrier-free micro-granulation: 100% active content at 76,000,000 micro-particles per gram, a FAMI-QS certified feed safety & quality management system with batch-level traceability.

Product Advantages

Why formulators choose it

How It Works

The principle

Sweet taste receptors respond to concentration at the taste bud, not to the average inclusion rate in the formula. Carrier-free micro-granulation multiplies the number of active particles per gram — at 76 million particles, every mouthful of feed carries a consistent sweet signal. And because there is no insoluble carrier, the full dose dissolves in seconds in water systems.

VS7188 · SweetFlow™

Carrier-free micro-granular high-intensity sweetener. 76M particles/g, 3-second dissolution, 85°C+ conditioning tolerance. FAMI-QS certified.

Composition

Food-grade sodium saccharin with sweetness enhancers and synergists. Carrier-free: the whole granule is functional — there is no inert substrate diluting it.

Regulatory note

VS7188 is built on sodium saccharin (E 954(iii)). Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1727 withdrew sodium saccharin from the EU market for piglets, under the procedural route of Article 10(5) of Regulation (EC) 1831/2003, with a use-up period for compound feed that ran to 11 July 2026. Sodium saccharin remains listed for farmed animals in China's feed additive catalogue and is registered as a feed additive in the Philippines. Confirm the position for your species and destination market before importing — we will supply the documentation you need for that check.
