How It Works

The principle

Nano-scale silica particles coat the surface of larger powder grains, acting as spacers that reduce inter-particle friction and moisture bridging. Flow improves, hygroscopic blends stop caking, and die filling becomes consistent shot after shot. High-porosity grades go further — adsorbing liquid actives and oils into a free-flowing powder that can be tableted or encapsulated.
