Four application routes

Metalworking

Stable O/W metalworking fluids

For semi-synthetic and emulsion-type metalworking fluids, soluble cutting fluid concentrates and industrial cleaning systems. Route: VS-210 or VS-610 as lead, VS-410 / VS-620 for balance, VS-420 for oil-phase adjustment. Solves dilution instability, splitting, foam and the lubricity–stability trade-off.

Release & Lubrication

Oil-phase stability & industrial release

For oil-based release agents, cutting oils and oil-phase treatment fluids. Route: VS-201A as lead, VS-420 for compatibility, VS-201B and VS-410 as alternatives. Solves oil-phase splitting, cloudiness, uneven spreading and release residue.

Textile & Leather

Wetting, softening & antistatic

For spin finishes, textile softeners, finishing auxiliaries and leather fatliquors. Route: VS-410 as lead, VS-610 / VS-620 for waterborne routes, VS-430 for antistatic and smoothness, VS-201A for oil-phase affinity. Solves uneven oiling, emulsion instability and hand-feel variation.

Oilfield

Drilling-fluid emulsifier validation

For regional oilfield service companies and drilling-fluid formulators: a cautious lab-first pathway using VS-201A, VS-420 and custom blends — emulsion stability, rheology, fluid loss and contamination tolerance verified before any field-scale introduction.
